MIAC CHAMPIONSHIPS PREVIEW

This year’s MIAC Cross Country Championships are TOMORROW at Highland Park 9 Hole Golf Course in St. Paul. Crazy how fast the season goes by, yet August does feel like it was ages ago. We’ve certainly had a bit of a bumpy fall and while we will have most of our team competing tomorrow, we have a few who are battling sickness currently and a few who missed some significant time training this fall. Nevertheless, we will make the best of it and are excited to see what we can do!

We race at 11:00 AM and the women go at Noon. Course maps are below, and live results will be here: MIAC Championships - Nov 1, 2025 | Wayzata Results.

Would love to see a big crowd of alumni at the meet too!

EGG TOSS RECAP

We waited longer than we usually do for this year’s egg toss — partially to balance out to St. Michael’s Games events throughout the whole season — but also because I view the egg toss as the premier event of the fall and thus wanted to wait until it really felt like it was cross country season (i.e. October).

We had two new additions to what I am now calling the “Three Second Club” — an exclusive group of those who have thrown and caught an egg that spent 3.00 or more seconds in the air. That lists now sits at 27 pairs of teammates after Cole Stencel and Peyton Martinek from Team Flynntown came in at 3.02 seconds and AJ Olesen and Max McCoy then topped it with their toss of 3.07 seconds.
